Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a ticket or a reservation?
No. No tickets or reservations are required.
How early can I get there?
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis with blankets allowed to claim spots starting at 6:00 PM. Please note that while some patrons may arrive earlier, our House Manager reserves the right to remove any blankets placed before 6:00 PM.
Where do I park?
Parking for the show is in the “Polo Field” lot. From Barton Springs Rd, enter the park on William Barton Dr and turn right. The lot will be on the right side of the road. Our parking attendants will direct you.
Is ADA parking available?
Yes, there are a limited number of ADA-compliant parking spaces available in the lot behind the theater. If you have a valid ADA parking permit, please display it clearly in your vehicle. This will help our parking attendants identify you and allow you to pass through the checkpoint.
Is there food?
We offer a variety of concession-style snacks and drinks for your enjoyment. While there won’t be any food trucks at the event, we’ll have delicious charcuterie boards available, courtesy of HEB. Our concession stand closes after intermission.
What if it rains?
Rain during the day can actually be a good thing, keeping temperatures comfortable for the performance. However, if the rain continues past 7:00 PM, it won’t be possible to dry the lighting equipment in time for the show, and we’ll need to cancel.
The safety of everyone involved is our top priority. If rain starts during the show and makes the stage slippery or creates unsafe conditions, or if there is lightning in the area, we may need to cancel for everyone’s safety.
